WHAT IS AN OCI CARD?
The Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card is a lifelong immigration status granted to eligible foreign nationals of Indian origin. It allows holders to:

WHO CAN APPLY FOR AN OCI CARD FROM THE USA?
You may be eligible if:
- You were previously a citizen of India and later acquired foreign nationality
- One or both of your parents or grandparents were Indian citizens
- You are a minor child with at least one Indian or OCI parent

Applicants with lineage connected to Pakistan or Bangladesh are not eligible.
